4X Vampire Themed

Mostly playable with a mouse, if you happen to see combat then use arrow keys to move and SZXC for controls, C to attack. There is no win condition yet so you just survive for as long as you can.  Costs are generally under the description in parentheses, some of the costs might be cut off since I didn't fully optimize the UI for the current screen size.

edit: To access most features of the game you need to click the moon icon in the upper righthand corner. In the main scene there are practice dummies that don't do anything.
